Tony Teague and Mike Radford (of MARC Models) have formed Electrifying Trains in order to respond to the growing demand for high quality Ready-to-Run O gauge models, but with a particular focus on the Electric Multiple Units of the Southern Railway and British Rail (Southern).

The initial release is an accurate and highly detailed model of the SR 2-HAL two coach design of which the Southern Railway built 92 examples between 1938 and 1940; the units worked all over the Southern systems until final withdrawal under British Rail in the early 1970’s.

Production runs of each Electrifying Trains release will be strictly limited and each hand-built model will be supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
